First Class

What to Expect

Experience an intense, full-body workout led by one of our certified LAGREE PARQ instructors. The LAGREE Method is a unique approach to fitness, and it typically takes 3–5 classes to become familiar with the Megaformer and the terminology.

What to Bring

Grip socks are mandatory for your safety and hygiene and can be purchased in-studio. We also recommend bringing a sweat towel to keep your Megaformer dry and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your workout. We ask that all hand jewelry be removed before entering the studio as it can damage the machines.

When to Arrive

First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes early for a brief machine orientation with your instructor and to ensure your spot in class.

Who is Lagree for

The Lagree Method is designed to meet you where you are — no matter your body type, age, or fitness level. Its unique approach makes it accessible for individuals recovering from injuries, while still offering an effective, results-driven workout. Because each movement is performed slowly and with control, you’ll get the benefits of a high-intensity, low-impact workout that challenges muscles without straining joints.

Our certified instructors provide personalized modifications to ensure every session works for your needs. If you’re between 15 and 17 years old, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver before joining.

Please let your instructor or our front desk know if you’re managing an injury or any other physical condition so we can tailor your workout safely. Expecting or new moms with doctor’s clearance are also welcome — our team will guide you through safe modifications and transitions.

Whether your goal is to enhance athletic performance, tone and strengthen your body, or simply move with more confidence in everyday life, the Lagree Method delivers long-term, transformative results. This isn’t just another workout — it’s a lifestyle that helps you feel and perform at your best.
