Getting Started

What is Lagree Parq?

Lagree Parq is an elevated boutique fitness studio offering the Lagree Fitness method on the Megaformer—a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to build strength, improve endurance, and sculpt lean muscle.

Where are you located, and where can I park?

We’re located in Park Royal South, beneath the Gateway building, next to Urban Barn and across from Body Energy Club and Five Guys.

You can use Park Royal’s free parking areas. For convenient access, we recommend parking on the second or third level above Five Guys.

Is Lagree suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes! Our 45-minute Full Body classes welcome all fitness levels. Instructors offer modifications and progressions to help you challenge yourself at your own pace.

Our targeted and advanced classes require previous Lagree experience.

Which class should I book for my first visit?

Start with any of our 45-minute Full Body classes, which are beginner-friendly.

Please complete at least 10 Full Body classes before booking Arms & Abs, Glutes & Abs, or advanced classes. Depending on your confidence and experience, we recommend 10–20 Full Body classes before progressing to these options.

How long are your classes?

Most of our classes are 45-minute Full Body workouts.

We also offer 40-minute Arms & Abs and Glutes & Abs classes, along with some 50-minute advanced classes. These options make up a small part of our weekly schedule and are intended for experienced clients.

How often should I come to class?

Everyone has different goals and abilities. We recommend starting with our 14-day trial to challenge yourself, see how your body responds, and find a class frequency that works for you before purchasing a membership or class pack.

Is there a minimum age requirement to take class?

You must be at least 16 years old to attend class. Clients under 19 must have a parent or guardian complete the Guardian Liability Waiver before their first class.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, you’ll need an account to purchase a membership or class credits and book a class. You can create your account through our website or the Lagree Parq app.

Please complete your liability waiver before arriving for your first class.

What should I bring to class?

Wear clean, comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are mandatory—bring your own or purchase a pair at Lagree Parq.

Bring a water bottle; we have a refill station available. Please leave hand jewelry at home, as rings can damage the equipment.

Are grip socks mandatory?

Yes, grip socks are mandatory for all Lagree Parq classes. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.

How early should I arrive for class?

All first-time clients, including guests, must arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts for their introduction to the instructor and Megaformer. If you arrive too late to complete your safety orientation, you won’t be able to attend, and the applicable credit loss or fee will apply.

Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.

Booking & Class Policies

When can I book a class?

If you purchase a membership, you can book classes up to 14 days in advance. If you purchase a class pack, you can book up to 7 days in advance.

We recommend booking early to secure your preferred class and time.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist with an active membership or available class credit. To check your position, log in to your account on our website or the Lagree Parq app and go to My Classes.

The system will automatically add you when a spot opens, up until 2 hours before class starts, and send you an email confirmation.

Our regular class cancellation policy applies to all waitlist bookings. If you’re no longer available to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist through your account. Once you’re added to the class, cancelling less than 12 hours before the start time or missing the class will result in the applicable credit loss or fee.

Automatic additions stop 2 hours before class starts. After that, available spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re still hoping to attend, keep your phone nearby—we’ll call if a spot opens so you can confirm before we add you.

If you don’t get a spot, your class credit will be returned to your account.

How do I cancel a class, and what is your cancellation policy?

Cancel your reservation through your account on our website or the Lagree Parq app. All cancellations and reservation changes must be made at least 12 hours before class starts.

If you cancel within this timeframe, your class credit will be returned to your account.

For late cancellations or no-shows:

  • Class packs and limited memberships: You’ll lose your class credit.
  • Unlimited memberships and the 14-day trial: A $25 late cancellation fee or $29 no-show fee applies.

We do not accept cancellations by phone, email, or in person.

Can I switch classes within the 12-hour cancellation window?

Switching classes less than 12 hours before your booked class starts counts as a late cancellation, even if you book another class.

You’ll lose your class credit for a class pack or limited membership, or incur a $25 late cancellation fee for an Unlimited Membership or the 14-day trial.

What is your late arrival policy?

First-time clients must arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete their safety orientation. If you arrive too late to complete it, you won’t be able to attend.

Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. If you’re not there when class begins, your spot may be given to someone waiting at the studio. If this happens, you’ll lose your spot and the applicable credit loss or no-show fee will apply.

If your spot is still available, entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after class starts, for safety and to avoid disrupting other clients and the instructor.

Can a class be cancelled by the studio?

Yes, classes require a minimum of 3 registered participants. If fewer than 3 people are registered, we may need to cancel the class.

If we cancel your class, any credit used for the booking will automatically be returned to your account.

Can the instructor for my class change?

Occasionally, we may need to change the instructor for a class, and this can happen without notice. Please check the Lagree Parq schedule for the latest updates.

Can I book a private session or group class?

Yes! Whether you’re looking for a personalized one-on-one session or a group class to celebrate with friends, we’d love to host you.

For inquiries, email hello@lagreeparq.com.

Class Packs

How do I buy class credits?

You can purchase class credits through our website or the Lagree Parq app. All classes must be prepaid.

When do my class credits expire?

Each class pack has its own expiry period. Please review the package details before purchasing and use your credits before they expire.

Can I use my class pack to book a guest?

Yes! All class packs can be used to book classes for yourself and your guests.

All guests must create an account and sign the liability waiver before arriving at the studio.

First-time guests must arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts for their safety orientation. If they arrive too late to complete it, they won’t be able to attend, and the credit used for their booking will be lost.

Memberships

Do you offer monthly memberships?

Yes! We offer memberships with 4, 8, or 12 classes per cycle, as well as an Unlimited Membership, with different minimum commitment options.

All memberships renew automatically every 30 days.

How do I purchase a membership?

You can purchase a membership through our website, the Lagree Parq app, or in person at the studio.

How long does my membership last?

Your membership renews automatically every 30 days. Each membership has its own minimum commitment period, but it does not automatically end when that period is complete.

You can continue at your membership rate for as long as you keep your membership active. A cancellation request is required to stop future payments.

Do unused membership credits roll over?

No. Unused membership credits expire at the end of each 30-day billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle. Membership cycles cannot be extended.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership up to twice per year, for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 90 days per freeze.

Email hello@lagreeparq.com with your requested start and end dates at least 3 days before the freeze begins. Freeze requests during your minimum commitment period are subject to approval.

Please note:

  • No other membership changes or requests can be processed while your membership is frozen. You’ll need to wait until the freeze ends or reactivate your membership before we can process another request.
  • Overdue accounts cannot be frozen until the outstanding payment has been successfully processed.
  • A membership cannot be frozen once a cancellation request has been submitted.

How do I cancel my membership?

Email hello@lagreeparq.com with at least 30 days’ notice before the billing date you want to stop.

You can submit your request before your minimum commitment ends, but cancellation cannot take effect until that commitment is complete. All payments required under your minimum commitment must still be made.

If your request is received less than 30 days before your next billing date, that payment will still be processed, and your membership will end at the close of the paid cycle, provided your minimum commitment is complete.

For example, to avoid a September 30 renewal payment, we must receive your request no later than August 31. A request received on September 1 is too late to stop that payment.

Your membership remains active, and any required billing continues, until cancellation takes effect.

Studio Guidelines

What is your studio etiquette?

Help us keep Lagree Parq welcoming, clean, and comfortable for everyone:

  • Say hello and check in at the front desk when you arrive so your attendance is recorded and you avoid an incorrect no-show charge.
  • Enjoy our lounge before or after class! Please keep conversations, laughter, and device volume low while a class is in progress.
  • Remove your shoes at the entrance and put on your grip socks. Grip socks are mandatory. Bring your own or purchase a pair before joining class.
  • Wear clean activewear and maintain good personal hygiene. Please avoid perfume, cologne, and other scented products. If strong scents or body odour disrupt other guests’ experience, we may ask you to leave the studio.
  • Shirts must be worn at all times. Shirtless workouts are not permitted.
  • Store all belongings—including jackets, keys, phones, and bags—in the designated storage area. Only your water bottle should come into class.
  • If you remove a layer during class, place it in the pit of your Megaformer. Keep the surrounding floor clear so instructors can move safely.
  • Keep your phone on silent, preferably in your locker. If you need to use it, please step outside the workout room.
  • Filming during class is not permitted. Save photos and selfies for before or after class.

Thank you for helping create a great experience for fellow clients and instructors!

Are children allowed in the studio?

Children are not permitted in the studio. Please arrange childcare before attending class to help us maintain a safe and focused environment for everyone.

Are pets allowed in the studio?

Pets are not permitted in the studio. Service animals are welcome; please email hello@lagreeparq.com in advance so we can make arrangements.

What happens if I leave something at the studio?

Lagree Parq is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten belongings. Please leave valuables at home.

Unclaimed items are kept in our lost and found for 15 days, after which they will be donated.

What is your sales and refund policy?

All service purchases must be prepaid in full and are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Booking a guest using an eligible class pack is permitted, as described in our guest-booking policy.

Retail merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund if it is unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached and proof of purchase.

Final-sale items, including socks, water bottles, and other personal items, cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Pregnancy & Injuries

Can I attend Lagree Parq while pregnant or postpartum?

If you’re pregnant and already practise Lagree regularly, you’re welcome to continue with clearance from your healthcare provider. Please let your instructor know before class so they can offer appropriate modifications. If you’re new to Lagree, we recommend waiting until after pregnancy to begin.

For postpartum clients, our studio recommends waiting at least 3 months after delivery and obtaining clearance from your healthcare provider before returning. Your individual recovery may require more time. A private session or Mega Light class can help you ease back into your routine.

Can I take class if I have an injury?

If you have an injury or are recovering from one, please get clearance from your healthcare provider before attending. Let your instructor know before class so they can offer appropriate modifications.

Group classes may not be suitable for every injury. If you need more personalized support, email hello@lagreeparq.com to discuss a private session.
