Late Arrival Policy

What is your late arrival policy?

For  the safety of our clients, you need to arrive prior to class time if you are new to PARQ as late entry will not be permitted. We require that all new clients receive a proper introduction to the instructor and Megaformer, so we suggest arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins.

If you have been with us, we would like for you to arrive at least five minutes before the start of class. In the case that you arrive late for class, your spot may be given to a walk-in client. To ensure we hold your spot, we ask that you notify us via email or phone if you are running late.

Please review our cancellation and walk-in policy in the event you are unable to make your scheduled class.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid losing your credit, reserved classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. If cancelled with less than 12-hour notice, you will lose the credit from your package or be charged a $25 fee if you are on an unlimited membership.

We do not accept email cancellations. Please cancel your reservation through your account on our website or mobile app.

Can I swap classes within the cancellation window?

Switching classes within the 12-hour cancellation period will result in a late cancellation.

How do I cancel my class?

You can cancel your class online or on our app. If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, please email or call us.

What if I cancel late or don’t show up to a free class?

If you are coming in for a free class, please note that the cancellation policy and no-show fees still apply. If you do not show up for a free class, you will be charged the full price of a Single Class.

Waitlist

If a class you want to join is full, we strongly encourage you to join the waitlist. To do this, you need to purchase a class or membership. If you do not secure a spot, the class credit will be refunded to your account for use in booking future classes. If a spot becomes available more than an hour before the class starts, you will automatically be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.

Please keep in mind that all classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you’re added from the waitlist less than 12 hours before the class, the cancellation policy still applies. If you fail to remove yourself in time, you may lose your class credit or incur a penalty fee if you have an Unlimited Membership.

If you’re still on the waitlist and decide you no longer want a spot, please remove yourself at least an hour before the class starts, just like you would cancel a class, to ensure your class credit is returned.

Remember, the waitlist becomes void one hour before the class begins, and any available spots will then be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I know if I’m on the waitlist?

To check your waitlist status, log in to your account and go to My Classes. If you’re on the waitlist, your position will be displayed. If you no longer wish to take this class, please remove yourself from the waitlist or let us know, and we will remove you.

Studio Policies

Studio Etiquette

Our Studio Etiquette policies are designed to ensure that you and your fellow guests have an amazing experience. We appreciate your cooperation in following our guidelines!

Don’t forget to greet us!

Please check in at the front desk when you arrive.

Make sure to remove your shoes at the entrance.

Please store all your belongings, except for your water bottle, in the provided area. This includes jackets, car keys, phones, and purses!

If you need to remove layers during class (when things heat up), please keep your sweaters in the pit of your mega. No personal items should be left around your megaformer.

Grip socks are required for class. If you’re not wearing them, our staff will kindly ask you to purchase a pair before joining.

Please keep your phone on silent during class. We encourage you to leave it in your locker. If you must use your phone, please step outside of the studio to avoid disrupting others. Note that filming during class is not allowed—save selfies for before or after!

Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone, including our trainers.

What is your sales and refund policy?

Medical Inquiries

Can I take Lagree PARQ if I’m pregnant?

Expecting moms, we’re so excited for you! If you’re a regular client and have your doctor’s go-ahead, you’re welcome to continue with us. Our instructors are happy to provide modifications to keep you and baby safe. However, if you’re new to Lagree, we suggest waiting until after your pregnancy to begin, as it is a very intense workout.

For our new mamas, we recommend getting clearance from your doctor and waiting at least three months postpartum before you return. When you’re ready, consider a private session or one of our Mega Light classes to ease back into it! We’re here to help you get back to your workout safely and confidently.
